Born and raised in Whittier, California, Steven Saucedo moved to Orange County shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in real estate development and a minor in entrepreneurship. Licensed since 2019, Steven currently serves the coastal and northern regions of Orange County, primarily working with investors, motivated sellers, and first-time homebuyers.

Steven’s degree in real estate development has been instrumental in shaping his career as a million-dollar listing agent. Inspired to take on large projects and seemingly insurmountable challenges, Steven has learned that through networking, collaboration, and ambition, anything is possible. His educational background also taught him how to properly mitigate risk throughout the acquisition and disposition of investments.

Both of Steven’s parents worked as real estate professionals in Los Angeles and Orange County while he was growing up. This early exposure ultimately led to a lifelong love and fascination with real estate, which has fueled both his academic and professional endeavors. Steven is eager to continue his family’s legacy and is passionate about building his professional skill set by actively engaging in professional development opportunities.

Outside of work, Steven’s true passion is soccer. Growing up, he played up to the semi-professional level. Steven also enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
