Keven Stridivant's remarkable journey spans two decades, with over $2.5 billion in real estate sales. He goes beyond the conventional role of a top-tier real estate agent, also serving as a mentor, mindset coach, and motivational speaker.

In 2012, he founded KASE, a boutique real estate agency that uniquely focuses on lifestyle and personal development. KASE caters to a diverse clientele, including pro skateboarders, streetwear designers, award-winning artists, and those seeking growth not just in real estate but in life.

In 2014, Keven launched "KASE Real Estate" Group, achieving $47 million in sales. The team expanded in 2015, securing the top spot in Southern California with $104 million in sales. In 2016, Keven earned a place on the Wall Street Journal's Top 100 list and expanded KASE into prestigious areas like Beverly Hills, amassing $189 million in sales.

The momentum continued in 2017 with 33 agents and $193 million in sales. In 2018, KASE Real Estate established itself in Costa Mesa, reaching $197 million in sales. In 2019, they exceeded a billion dollars in closed volume and transitioned into an independent brokerage. In 2020, KASE became an independent brokerage, solidifying its position as a major player in the real estate world.

Keven, as Founder and CEO, mentors his team in maintaining a positive mindset, trend analysis, and negotiation techniques. He launched the Project Mindset podcast to inspire and motivate agents and entrepreneurs.

His success is attributed to his faith in God and the unwavering support of his wife, Alana. They reside in Costa Mesa with their five children, embodying success in both personal and professional life.
