Today, as the Founder and President of KASE Real Estate, Keven and his team of highly motivated agents have achieved over 1,000 home sales and a billion in closed volume.

Become #1 salesperson at MFO. Generating over $3Mil in Sales - 20 Years old.


Started working under top Producer Venny Saucedo Century 21 All Stars. Started mentorship with Robert & Litta Lee Gilbert. Top 1% team with Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills.


Passed real estate exam and became a licensed Realtor.
Began working with Derek Oie,
launching Century 21 The OIE Group. Over 135 Homes in first 3 years.


Became Real Estate Coach and helped launch Academy of Influence with Matthew Ferry.


Developed the vision and launched KASE Real Estate.


Became #1 agent in Keller Williams Newport Beach. Began learning “Group” Structure and expanded to Keller Williams Pacific Estates, #1 KW office in Southern California.


Developed “KASE Real Estate” Group in the Summer and finished #3 with $47m Sold.
