EICHLER Mini Documentary

Distinctive features necessitate an exclusive marketing approach. As part of our strategy, we crafted a mini-documentary to generate excitement within the local neighborhood and the Eichler community. Our goal was to introduce the community to their prospective new neighbor. Additionally, we organized a twilight open house featuring music, delectable cuisine, and custom Eichler-shaped cookies for children to decorate. To seamlessly align with the property, we designed marketing materials such as vintage flyers, drawing inspiration from Eichler advertisements of the 1950s-60s.
